I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with incredible views from my room on level 10. The rooms had all the necessary facilities, although I wish there were more cleaning products available. The service was great overall, but unfortunately, one staff member was quite rude throughout my experience. The location was perfect, right across from the gorgeous beach on The Esplanade, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Dining was included, and I particularly enjoyed the soup. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
